RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SHIPPING
At nurtureOne, your satisfaction is our priority. Here are our policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipping:
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy on unused products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original condition, with all labels and stickers attached.

Products can be returned to either of the following addresses:

Return Process
If you wish to return a product, you can either return it to one of the above addresses or courier it to either address. Please note that customers will bear the shipping cost of the return. Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately and report the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the damaged product and investigate the cause of the defect. If we determine that the fault is due to production or packaging processes, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Wrong Product Received
In the event of receiving the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the mistake and cover any associated courier costs.

Cancellation of Order
Orders can be canceled before payment is made. If payment has been processed but the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is still possible. However, if the order was dispatched, courier fees will be deducted from the refund.

Payment Options & Website Security
You can pay with your Visa and MasterCard credit cards or via bank transfer (EFT) into nurtureOne’s bank account. Bank account details will be provided at checkout.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
nurtureOne uses Payfast to process credit card payments. Payfast is a secure payment gateway that supports payments from major banks in South Africa. Payfast uses advanced security measures to protect your information, including secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. No credit card details are stored on the website.
